At Segway Navimow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lawn care experience. If your robotic mower isn't the right fit, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Mower
Clean the robotic mower and its accessories, then pack everything securely in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure all GPS sensors and batteries are properly secured.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and reset the internal software, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
